Kateřina Kudějová (born January 17, 1990 in Prague) is a Czech slalom canoer who has competed since the mid-2000s.

She won two medals in the K-1 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold in 2013 and a silver in 2011. She also won one gold and one bronze in the same event at the European Championships.
