Kasba is a census town in Uttar Dinajpur district in the Indian state of West Bengal.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[1] Kasba had a population of 9842. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Kasba has an average literacy rate of 73%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 79%, and female literacy is 67%. In Kasba, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
