Karnawal is a town and a nagar panchayat in Meerut district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. This village is located near Sardhana and Barnava. The name Karnawal is derived from the name "Karna" of Mahabharata.
Famous personalities
In about 1975 Karnawal become a "Nagar Panchayat" of Meerut District. Late Mr. Sujeet Kumar become the 1st Chairman of the Town, after that Ranveer Singh, Satish Kumar(Pappu), Smt. Sumitra Devi have also been the Chairman/Chairperson of the town. Presently Smt. Sarla Phugat w/o Late shri Sujeet kumar Former chairman is chairperson of Town Karnawal. Famous social activist and blogger Er. Kamal Chaudhary also belongs to Karnawal.This village provided many PCS, Engineers, Researchers, Scientists, BPOs, Lawers, Businessmen, Teachers and Leaders. Although its bear many caste and religion, though everybody live peacefully and happily, there is some exception which demoralize to youngster for upliftment. If it have example some negative moment, its also have the good too.

Karnawal has an average literacy rate of 57%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 73%, and female literacy is 37%. In Karnawal, 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.Karnawal is around 12 KM away from main city on Sardhana Binoli road.Sugarcane is main crop of this village.
