Karla Montana is an American actress. Her first role was on a TV pilot dubbed "The Family Martinez" with actors Robert Beltran and Denise Crosby.

Career

Karla was born in September 3, 1973. She has acted with Sean Penn and Robert Duvall in Colors, a film about gangs in Los Angeles, with Edward James Olmos and Lou Diamond Phillips in the critically acclaimed drama Stand and Deliver, and had the lead role in the made-for-television movie Sweet 15, portraying a young Mexican American teenager preparing for her quinceañera.

In addition, she has made guest appearances on popular television series, notably as Brandon Walsh's love interest in an episode of Beverly Hills, 90210 and also as Joey Russo's love interest in an episode of Blossom. Her most recent appearance on film was in 1994's Dangerous Touch, also starring Lou Diamond Phillips.
