Karen Hoff (May 29, 1921 - February 29, 2000) is a Danish sprint canoer who competed in the late 1940s and early 1950s. She won a gold medal in the K-1 500 m event at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London.
Hoff also won two medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with a gold (K-2 500 m: 1948) and a silver (K-1 500 m: 1950).
