Karen Aleksanyan (Armenian: Կարեն Ալեքսանյան, born on 17 June 1980 in Gyumri, Armenian SSR) is an Armenian football midfielder. He currently plays for the Armenian Premier League club Shirak FC. He was also a member of the Armenia national team, and has participated in 25 international matches since his debut in an away friendly match against Andorra on 7 June 2002.
