Karłowo [karˈwɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Iłów, within Sochaczew County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Iłów, 19 km (12 mi) north-west of Sochaczew, and 70 km (43 mi) west of Warsaw.
The village has a population of 140.
