Kapolondougou is a rural commune in the Cercle of Sikasso in the Sikasso Region of southern Mali. The commune covers an area of 526 square kilometers and includes 19 villages.[3] In the 2009 census it had a population of 12,605.[2] The main village (chef-lieu) is N'Kourala. It lies 50 km west of Sikasso on the main road, the RN7, linking Sikasso and Bougouni.
