This is a Korean name; the family name is Kang.
Kang Song-san (3 March 1931 – 2007)[1] was the Premier of North Korea from 1984 to 1986 and again from 1992 to 1997. He succeeded Li Jong-ok in his first term and Yon Hyong-muk in his second term.[2] He was born in North Hamgyong.
