Life and career
Acting career
Kang MinHyuk began his acting career in an omnibus film Acoustic alongside his fellow CNBLUE member Lee Jong Hyun which was released on October 28, 2010. Because of his acting skill, he then received another role in SBS Drama It's Okay, Daddy's Girl that was aired on November 22, 2010. MinHyuk was also cast in MBC Drama Heartstrings, a South Korean youthful melodrama alongside CN Blue's Leader Jung Yong Hwa that was aired on 29 June 2011. His natural acting as 'Yeo Jun Hee' in Heartstrings made him another role in a popular KBS Drama entitled My Husband Got a Family as 'Se Kwang' which is the playboy brother of the main character.[2][3] Continuing his acting career, Kang MinHyuk has been confirmed for one of the most highly anticipated Korean dramas of 2013- set to air in October - the SBS drama " He Who Wears The Crown, Withstands The Weight- The Heirs" (or more commonly known as " The Heirs") along with Korea's top acting stars and idols such as Lee MinHo, Park ShinHye, Kim WooBin, Choi JinHyuk, f(x)'s Krystal, ZE:A's Park HyungSik, and many more. He is currently filming for The Heirs in between his busy schedule while also doing CNBLUE's Blue Moon World Tour.
