Kahesh-e Bala (Persian: كاهش بالا, also Romanized as Kāhesh-e Bālā) is a village in Chashm Rural District, Shahmirzad District, Mehdishahr County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.[1]
