KWMO (1350 AM) is a radio station licensed to Washington, Missouri.
Station and programming
Originally put on the air by then owner Ken Kuenzie as KSLQ-AM in 1985, the station changed its call letters to KWMO in July 1998 under the new owner Brad Hildebrand.[citation needed] KWMO transmits from a site in Warren County about 1 mile (1.6 km) north of the Missouri River and downtown Washington. KWMO, now known as "The Mouth", is a news/talk station with news from Fox News Radio and the Associated Press.
