KTSM-FM (99.9 FM, "Sunny 99.9") is an Adult Contemporary radio station in El Paso, Texas. It is owned by Clear Channel Communications and is a sister to KTSM (AM) 690 (formerly at 1380 AM) and was formerly a sister station to KTSM-TV
The transmitter is located atop Mount Franklin in El Paso at one of the highest sites in the state of Texas.
The station signed on in 1962.
