KSON (97.3 FM) is a radio station licensed to serve San Diego, California, USA. The station, founded in 1964, is owned by Lincoln Financial Media and the broadcast license is held by Lincoln Financial Media Company of California.

KSON broadcasts a country music format.[2] KSON simulcasts their FM programming at 92.1 FM in Escondido, California.

The station was most recently assigned the KSON call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on March 1, 2009.[1]

In 2007, the station was nominated for the top 25 markets Country music Radio & Records magazine station of the year award . Other nominees included WUSN Chicago, KYGO-FM Denver, WYCD Detroit, KEEY-FM Minneapolis, and WXTU Philadelphia.[3]
