KRCH ("Laser 101.7") is a radio station located in Rochester, Minnesota, owned by Clear Channel Communications. The stations airs a Classic rock format.

"Laser 101.7" Morning Show (1996–1999)

Prior to broadcasting the syndicated Bob and Tom Show on weekday mornings, KRCH aired a locally produced morning show hosted by Matt and Homey. They were the highest rated morning show in Rochester history. After Matt and Homey left for a larger market the station tried several different approaches including having the program director Jack Hicks fill in. "Big" Mark Clark, Jessica Dahl, "the Superfan," and "Sloppy Joe." came on board then and were relatively successful.

The show was mildly successful for several years,[1] peaking during a controversial incident in which Sloppy Joe was sentenced to jail for several weeks.[2] Joe subsequently left the station in 1998 (unsubstantiated rumors indicate he relocated to the Indian subcontinent permanently). KRCH then moved Clark to afternoons, where he continues broadcasting today.
