KOMJ (1490 AM) is a radio station broadcasting an Adult Standards/MOR format.[1] Licensed to Omaha, Nebraska, USA, the station is currently owned by Cochise Broadcasting LLC.[2]

In the 1970s, the station was called KLNG ("Calling") and was Omaha's first news-talk station. Among the hosts were long-time Omaha World-Herald columnist Peter Citron. In the late 1970s, the calls changed to KYNN and adopted a country music format. KYNN later moved to the FM band at 94.1.

In August 2013, the station was cited by the Federal Communications Commission for not keeping a public file. However, after further investigation the Federal Communications Commission learned the public file was located 10714 Mockingbird Dr., Omaha, Nebraska at Journal Broadcast Group's Omaha cluster. Journal has since contacted the Federal Communications Commission and corrected their employees mistake.
