History

The station went on the air as KWGG on 1982-09-08. on 1993-10-15, the station changed its call sign to the current KLMJ.[3]

KWGG-FM went on the air on May 16, 1983. That was the first official day of commercial radio broadcasting. The call sign was changed to KLMJ on October 1, 1993.
