KCSD (90.9 FM) is a radio station licensed to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The station is owned by the University of Sioux Falls, but is operated by South Dakota Public Broadcasting's radio network under a long-standing management agreement; in December 2013, USF announced that it would sell KCSD to SDPB outright.[1]
