KBTO (101.9 FM, "Sunny 101.9") is a country music radio station in Bottineau, North Dakota. The station also targets Minot, North Dakota, with a rimshot signal.
The main offices and KBTO studios are located west of town at 1120 Highway 5 West. The transmitter and tower are northeast of town.
KBTO's owner, Programmer's Broadcasting, also owns KWGO 102.9 (Adult Contemporary) in Burlington, and KTZU 94.9 (Classic rock) in Minot.
Notable public service efforts have included "Are You Tough Enough to Wear Pink?", a 2007 campaign rallying the rodeo and western industry to raise money and awareness for breast cancer treatment and research.[1] The campaign ultimately raised over $26,000 for a new cancer exercise rehabilitation center at the Minot Family YMCA.
