Kōzunomori Station (公津の杜駅 Kōzunomori-eki ) is a railway station operated by Keisei Electric Railway's Keisei Main Line located in Narita, Chiba Prefecture Japan. It is 58.6 kilometers from the terminus of the Keisei Main Line at Keisei-Ueno Station. It is the first station after Keisei Narita on the way towards Nippori, Ueno and Tokyo. However, Skyliners or Rapid Limited Express trains do not stop here. Passengers must take Limited Express, Commuter Limited Express, Rapid, or Local trains from Keisei Narita.

Kōzunomori Station was opened on April 1, 1994.
