Kępa Rybacka [ˈkɛmpa rɨˈbat͡ska] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Elbląg, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north of Elbląg and 91 km (57 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 140.
