Justine Lumumba Kasule

Justine Lumumba Kasule is a Ugandan politician. She is the current State Minister for Urban Planning in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011.[1] She replaced Urban Tibamanya, who was dropped from the Cabinet. Justine Lumumba Kasule is also the elected Member of Parliament for Bugiri District Women's Representative.
