Jurgens, California

Jurgens is a former settlement in El Dorado County, California.^[1] It was located on the stage coach route 6 miles (9.7 km) northwest of Rescue.^[1]

A post office operated at Jurgens from 1903 to 1914.^[1] The place was named after its first postmaster, Annie C. Jurgens.^[1]
