Julia Caroline Ogilvy (née Rawlinson) (born 28 October 1964) is a member of the extended British Royal Family. She is the wife of James Ogilvy, the only son of Sir Angus Ogilvy and Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy, who is a granddaughter of King George V.

Julia was born in Cambridge, the daughter of Charles Frederick Melville Rawlinson MBE FCA.

She married James Ogilvy on 30 June 1988 in Saffron Walden, Essex. Together they have two children, Alexander and Flora.

Julia Ogilvy has a successful career in business and was involved in the management of jewellers Hamilton and Inches. She has also been a non-executive director of Lloyds TSB Scotland. In 1992, she received the Scottish Business Achievement Award from The Princess Royal. In 2007 she won the Ernst and Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award for her work with ProjectScotland, a charity of which she is the Founder and Chairman. She also works for the Scottish Executive on social and community charity programmes.
