Juan Manuel Varea (born 23 March 1986 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football player. He currently plays for Ravan Baku in the Azerbaijan Premier League.

He played for Vélez Sársfield in the Primera División Argentina between 2006 and 2007, Deportivo Español in Buenos Aires, Colombian Depor F.C. in Cali and Club Atlético Central Córdoba in Rosario before joined NK Široki Brijeg in summer 2009. In the summer of 2012 he joined Ravan Baku.

Honours

In January, 2010, he was awarded the best foreign player in Bosnia and Herzegovina.[1] At the 11th memorial tournament Gojko Šušak 2010 in Široki Brijeg he was awarded the best player of the tournament.[2]
