Joubert Horn is a South African rugby union player.[1] His usual position is lock.

Horn represented the UFS Shimlas in the Varsity Cup between 2010 and 2012 and he also played Currie Cup First Division rugby for the Griffons during this time. He moved west to join Griquas ahead of the 2013 Vodacom Cup season making his debut against the Blue Bulls on 9 March 2013[2] and made five appearances, but was not retained for the 2013 Currie Cup Premier Division.[3]
