It was released in the United States on June 15, 2004 on Lyric Street Records, reached number eleven on the Nielsen Soundscan album chart and sold 57,048 the first week.[2] It has since received RIAA gold certification and has a sales of 703,000 as of December 2010,[3] one of only three by new male country singers introduced in four years to earn a gold album.[4] His album also earn the distinction of being the only debut album by a male solo country artist in some years to have three consecutive Top 5 country hits.
