Joseba Albizu Lizaso (born July 6, 1978 in Azpeitia, Basque Country) is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer currently without a team. He turned professional with Mercatone Uno-Scanavino in 2003. where he won the Giro del Friuli, before moving to Euskaltel-Euskadi in 2004. His best result for the Basque team was winning the mountains competition in the 2005 Euskal Bizikleta.
