José Patricio Guggiari Corniglione (Asunción 17 March 1884 - Buenos Aires 30 October 1957) was a Paraguayan politician.
He was a doctor in law and social sciences, and a general attorney (1908–10). He went on to found the liberal Constitutional Party, and was elected as congressman in (1912). He was designated Minister of Internal Affairs in 1920, and in 1922 president of his party. In 1924 he was elected president of the National Chamber, and in 1928 he became the president of Paraguay for four years (15 August 1928 - 15 August 1932).
The vice-president Emiliano González Navero was in office from 23 October 1931 to 17 January 1932, because Guggiari was submitted to political judice for repression of a students demonstration.
