Jonathan Iilahti is a Finnish professional ice hockey goaltender who currently plays for Timrå IK of the HockeyAllsvenskan[1] and previously played for the Espoo Blues of the SM-liiga.[2]
He belonged to the same Espoo Blues junior ice hockey program as current KalPa goaltender Mikko Koskinen and the up-and-coming Erno Suomalainen; becoming more than just a benchwarmer in European ice hockey.[3] Iliahti would go on to be drafted 39th overall by the Vancouver Giants in the 2011 CHL Import Draft.[4] However, he chose to remain in Finland.[5]
