Jonas Hjort Knudsen (born September 16, 1992) is a Danish professional footballer, currently playing for Esbjerg fB.

In November 2009 he signed his first professional contract with Esbjerg,[1] and following the winter break of the Danish Superliga, he got his professional debut in a 0-4 home loss against Randers FC, becoming the youngest Esbjerg debutant ever.[2]

Following the departure of Kevin Conboy to NEC, Knudsen established himself as the first choice left back for the club. In the 2012/13 season, his good performances for the young Esbjerg team that ended up finishing 4th in the Danish Superliga and winning the Danish Cup, was rewarded with a new contract in April 2013.[3]
