John Young (cinematographer)

John Young is an Australian cinematographer and naturalist. He has been consulted in numerous books and magazine articles about wildlife, in particular birds. In 2006, he claimed to have discovered a new parrot - the Blue-fronted Fig Parrot - in south-eastern Queensland.[1] In 2013, he presented the first ever photographs and video footage of a living Night Parrot.
