John Swasey (born October 18, 1964 in Houston, Texas) is an American actor, voice actor, ADR Director, and script writer who works at Funimation Entertainment/OkraTron 5000 and ADV Films/Seraphim Digital. He has provided voices for a number of English-language versions of Japanese anime films and television series. His most notable roles include Gendo in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Sir Crocodile in One Piece, and Van Hohenheim in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

In 1992, he had a costarring role in Intercontinental Releasing Corporation's Behind the Mask, directed by Warren Chaney. The film also starred Deborah Winters and Roy Alan Wilson[1][2] and was later acquired and redistributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.[3]
