John Gerald "Gable" Shackleford (April 9, 1894 - April 8, 1979) was an outfielder in the Negro Leagues.
He attended Wiley College in Marshall, Texas. He played for several teams, including the Cleveland Browns,[1] Chicago American Giants, and Birmingham Black Barons.
Shackleford died at the age of 84 in Newark, Ohio.
