John Rizzo is a Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, serving since 2011. Rizzo is currently the Democratic Minority Whip.
In 2013, Rizzo's aunt and uncle pleaded guilty to voter fraud, after falsely claiming to live in Kansas City in order to vote for their nephew in the 2010 Democratic primary for the seat Rizzo currently holds. Rizzo won the primary by only one vote over fellow Democrat Will Royster. Rizzo stated that he was unaware of the illegal votes.[1]
