John Reynald Tiangco also known as John Rey Tiangco is the incumbent mayor of the City of Navotas. He is the brother of Toby Tiangco, also a former mayor of Navotas.

First Term (2010- present)

Tiangco first seated as the Mayor of Navotas on June 30, 2010 replacing the position of his brother. Tiangco was the only candidate.

Second Term (2013-2016)

Tiangco is re-elected on 2013 elections defeating his closest rival, Patrick Joseph Javier, with a margin of 45%.He is scheduled to seat for his second term on June 30, 2016.

Candidacies

Running for re-election 2013

Tiangco confirmed that he will run again as Mayor in the 2013 Elections and filed his Certificate of Candidacy on October 2012. Tiangco participated on political rallies which he throws allegations on his opponent, Patrick Joseph Javier, commonly known as PJ. Tiangco comfortably said that the Navotenos should not worry because they know the result of the elections and the whole Partido Navoteño, his party will win.
