John Dillon (born 1943) is an Irish retired hurler who played as a right corner-forward for the Tipperary senior team.[1]
Dillon joined the team for one season during the 1965 championship. An All-Ireland medalist in the under-21 grade, he later won an All-Ireland winners' medal as a non-playing substitute at senior level.[2]
At club level Costigan played with the Roscrea club.
