John Clement (politician)

John Twining Clement was a politician in Ontario, Canada. He was first elected as the Progressive Conservative Member of Provincial Parliament for the riding of Niagara Falls in 1971,[1] and, after winning a second term in the general election in 1975, served a brief stint as Attorney General and Solicitor General of Ontario in 1975[1] in the cabinet of Premier William G. Davis.
Clement married the former Carol Panayi and is the father of former Ontario Minister of Health and current federal Minister of Industry Tony Clement.[2]
