John A. Toolan Jr. is a United States Marine Corps lieutenant general, currently serving as the I Marine Expeditionary Force's commanding general.
His personal awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal (3), Legion of Merit of which (2) Combat V, and the Combat Action Ribbon.[1]
