Johann Paul (born May 5, 1981 in Issoudun, Indre) is a Malagasy football midfielder and a member of the Madagascar national football team, currently playing for French side Amiens SC.
In 2006, during a match between his Châtellerault club and Angers, Paul nearly died on the pitch after suffering a heart attack.[1]
