Joel Fabiani (born 28 September 1936) is an American film and television actor.

Fabiani was born in Watsonville, California. He co-starred in the British espionage series Department S as Stewart Sullivan in 1969-1970. He has guest starred in many other television shows, including Columbo: How to Dial a Murder, Dark Shadows, Starsky and Hutch, The Cosby Show, Murder, She Wrote and Law & Order. He played the role of King Galen of Moldavia on Dynasty. He can be seen (uncredited) in the pilot episode of Ironside.

He appeared in several high profile movies, including Looking for Mr Goodbar, Reuben, Reuben and most recently, Snake Eyes. He also appeared on the soap opera All My Children as Barry Shire and served as temporary replacement for Michael Zaslow as Roger Thorpe on Guiding Light from late May to June 1995 while Zaslow was on personal leave.
