Joseph Albert "Joe" Wiggins (1909–1982) was a football player who played as a centre forward, right back, left back for Brentford, Leicester City, Gillingham (on loan), Rochdale and Oldham Athletic in the Football League.[1] He also played for Hanwell Town, Grays Thurrock, Stalybridge Celtic, Hurst and Rhyl.[1]
