Joanna Hoffman

Joanna Hoffman was part of the original Apple Macintosh developer team. She was the only Macintosh marketing person for more than a year.[ 1] The fifth person hired by Jef Raskin for the team, among Hoffman's contributions was writing the first draft of the Macintosh User Interface Guidelines.
Before joining Apple, she was a physicist and archaeologist. She married another Macintosh team member, and is the mother of two children.
