Jindřichovice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈjɪndr̝ɪxovɪtsɛ]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.76 square kilometres (1.45 sq mi), and has a population of 86 (as at 2 October 2006).

Jindřichovice lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of Jihlava and 138 km (86 mi) south-east of Prague.
