Jin Taiyan (Chinese: 金泰延; pinyin: Jīn Tàiyán; Hangul: 김태연; born 21 August 1989 in Yanji, Yanbian) is a Chinese footballer of Korean descent who currently plays for Liaoning Whowin in the Chinese Super League.

Club career

Jin Taiyan started his football career in 2009 when he was loan to Liaoning Whowin's reserve team Panjin Mengzun for the 2009 league season in the third tier. He was promoted to Liaoning Whowin's first team in December 2009.[1] He scored his first top tier goal on 31 March 2012 in a 1–1 away draw against Dalian Aerbin.[2] Jin earned a starting role at Liaoning during the 2013 season and became a mainstay in the midfield afterwards.
