Jiang Zhipeng (Chinese: 姜至鹏; Pinyin: Jiāng Zhìpéng; born 6 March 1989) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Guangzhou R&F in the Chinese Super League.
Club career
Jiang joined the renowned Genbao Football Academy from Qingdao in 2000 and was promoted to the Shanghai East Asia first team squad squad in 2006 for the China League Two campaign. On 10 December 2010, Jiang transferred to Chinese Super League side Nanchang Hengyuan along with his teammate Wang Jiayu for a total fee of ¥6 million.[1] On 24 September 2011, He scored his first Super League goal in a 5–2 home defeat against Shandong Luneng.[2] Jiang made 28 league appearances in the 2011 season, which secured Nanchang's stay in the top flight for the next season. He followed the club when the club decided to move to Shanghai in 2012 and they rebranded themselves as Shanghai Shenxin.
On 29 January 2014, Jiang transferred to fellow Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&F.[3]
International career
On 6 June 2013, Jiang made his debut for the Chinese national team against Uzbekistan in a 2-1 lost when he came on as a substitute for Zheng Zheng.
