Jermaine Fazande (born January 14, 1975) is a former American football running back of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 1999 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oklahoma.
Many thought that San Diego went too high on what most thought was just a fullback. Despite criticism, he showed much promise his rookie season in week 17 against Denver with a 30 carry 183 yard 1 touchdown performance. This seemed to be only a tease, as he barely doubled his week 17 performance in 2000 with 368 yards on 119 carries.
