Jedlina-Zdrój [jɛdˈlʲina ˈzdrui̯] (German: Charlottenbrunn) is a town in Wałbrzych County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. (For more information about the history of the region, see Silesia.)
The town lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-east of Wałbrzych, and 67 kilometres (42 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
As at 2006, the town has a population of 5,116.
