Jean-Alain Andre Fanchone (born 22 September 1988 in Mulhouse) is a French football player who currently plays for Italian club Udinese Calcio and has been loaned to Nîmes Olympique due to return in 2013
Career
A left back, Jean-Alain Fanchone won the Coupe Gambardella with RC Strasbourg in 2006, defeating in final Karim Benzema's Olympique Lyonnais.[2] He signed his first professional contract in March 2008[3] and is currently under contract until 2013 at Strasbourg.[4] He made his professional debut on August 8, 2008 during a Ligue 2 match at Dijon and was credited with an assist on that occasion.[5]
International career
He has been selected for France at the U18 and U19 level,[6] taking part in the U19 European Championship in 2007.[7]
