Ježov (German Jeschow) is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.91 square kilometres (2.28 sq mi), and has a population of 706 (as at 1 January 2008).
Ježov lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north of Hodonín, 48 km (30 mi) south-east of Brno, and 234 km (145 mi) south-east of Prague.
